This year, the biggest clean energy conference in New England entitled ‘The Sixth Annual Conference on Clean Energy’, will take place at the Hynes Convention Center, in Boston. The conference will last two days, and will be held on November 3 and 4, 2010. Showcasing 40 early-stage clean-tech companies, the Sixth Annual Conference on Clean Energy will present the technology approach the above-mentioned companies use for bio-energy, portable power, energy storage, wind power, solar energy, solid state lighting and electric vehicles.
Speakers featured at the Sixth Annual Conference on Clean Energy include late-stage companies, investors, entrepreneurs and market leaders within the clean energy community. ‘This year’s conference, in tandem with the CleanTech Venture Day and MREC Conference, will give attendees a powerful snapshot into all areas of the clean technology community and growth areas, and will also showcase some groundbreaking technology by local companies in New England,’ stated Abigail Barrow, director and founder of the Massachusets Technology Transfer Center (MTTC).
This year’s conference is being held in collaboration with the New England MREC technical Conference and the Boston CleanTech Venture Day. The conference on clean energy has also anchored the Clean Energy Week, in Massachusetts, which seeks to illustrate the leadership in clean technology and energy of Massachusetts.
