Italian Chi Magazine published topless photos of Kate Middleton on Monday.
The photos are similar to the ones published last week – with the addition of a few more photos featuring Middleton in a dress and some photos Prince William.
Chi Magazine is owned by former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi’s Modnadori Group – which also owns the French magazine – Closer – that originally published the photos last week.
The royal family has launched legal proceedings against the magazines and the unidentified photographer that took the photos.
The magazine hit the newsstands on Monday, with sales being reportedly sluggish.
Marina Berlusconi, the daughter of Mr. Berlusconi and the chairwoman of Mondadori wrote in a letter published in La Repubblica, “is a publishing house that uses in the best way possible the freedom and independence that shareholders have always bestowed on it, and even in this case it just did its job”.
British media outlets have not published the photos.
