Cressida Elias is pleased to announce her latest quick meals cookbook, ‘Quick Meals – Recipes for Busy Families’ available on the Amazon Kindle and paperback.

“I created this book by selecting recipes that are perfect for today’s busy singles, couples, and families seeking quick to prepare and healthy meals. In fact, you can prepare these dishes in about 30 minutes, leaving time for yourself and your family,” said the book’s author, Cressida Elias.

The approximately 100-page book provides recipes organized into categories like vegetarian, seafood, beef, chicken, and soups and salads. Elias quick meals recipes include easy to find ingredients like onions, tomatoes, and green and red peppers. For that extra spice and extra flavor some 30 minute meals ingredients are cilantro, coconut oil, turmeric, ginger, and garam masala – a blend of spices commonly found in Indian cooking; it commonly includes cumin seeds, cloves, peppercorns, and several other types of spices and seeds.

The author includes detailed information about the ingredients she uses in the quick meals recipes.

“My book provides a complete quick meal solution – everything from the main course to salads, and I even show you what to do with leftovers in a tasty, practical, and healthy recipe!”, added the author.

Cressida Elias is the author of several cookbooks that focus on quick and healthy meals for the busy family or single. It is often difficult for those new to cooking to get a feel for ingredients, preparation techniques, cook time, and serving. Even people seasoned in cooking can have difficulty with meal preparation, especially with newer meals and healthy alternatives.

“Sometimes people that have been cooking for years just continue to use the same ingredients and reduce their quantity to try to cook healthier. Of course, using less of the same bad ingredient just reduces the size of the meal, resulting in snacking – often on unhealthy snacks! This cookbook helps you get a feeling for healthy ingredients to create meals that are good and good for you!” commented Elias.
