Poonam Pandey gained noteriety when she appeared in the 2011 Kingfisher Calendar

Poonam Pandey, a model in India, posted a nude photo of herself via Twitter – this follows the Sherlyn Chopra’s Playboy photos appearing in November 2012.

“Poonam Pandey could have posted her latest photo not to be outdone by Sherlyn Chopra’s announcement earlier this week,” said a source close to the matter.

The photo – actually two photos that appear together – features Pandey in two poses: one where she is partially dressed and shows some of her breasts; in the second photo she is nude, reclining, and balances a coffee cup and saucer just below her abdomen – her face is not visible in either photo, yet she did include her Twitter address at the bottom of the photo.

“How do you like your coffee served?” tweeted Pandey along with a link to the photo.

This week has been busy for nude and topless women in the media – among them: Sherlyn Chopra’s leaked photos from a Playboy photoshoot to appear in the magazine’s November 2012 issue; Actress Jessica Chastain appeared in the September 2012 issue of Vanity Fair magazine; Miley Cyrus published a topless photo of herself.

Poonam Pandey posted a photo of herself on Twitter earlier this week.

Poonam Pandey became broadly known when she appeared in a photo for the 2011 Kingfisher Calendar. In May 2011 she offered to strip naked in the stadium where India was competing in the 2011 Cricket World Cup. India went on to victory and , as promised, she posted a nude photo of herself (from then side, and laying down on her front) and dedicated it to Indian batsman Virat Kohli.

In June 2011 Pandey appeared in Khatron Ke Khiladi – Season 4 (India’s version of the US television program “Fear Factor”) yet was eliminated during the competition.

She continued to post various photos of herself, the most well known, in a bikini in September 2011.

Translated, “Khatron Ke Khiladi” means Daredevil; however the literal translation is “players of danger”.
