eDoxStorage, an document scanning and online file storage service, announces the availability of a free 30 day trial period for all of its services, including the Business and Pro plans. The company also announced a new, completely free, Personal plan.
eDoxStorage offers document scanning services to help companies save money and improve their security. The company says paper documents stored in many offices contain confidential information; scanning the documents and storing them on eDoxStorage secure servers provides better security. The company also offers a shredding service for organizations to be compliant with HIPAA and GLB laws.
eDoxStorage online file storage is, according to the company, accessed using encrypted, secure communications and protected by passwords.
A company spokesperson said, “All of our employees must complete a thorough background check, our data center is protected by an alarm system and is under constant video surveillance, and all communications with our servers are secured by AES-256 bit encryption”.
The eDoxStorage Personal plan is free for a limited time. The Personal plan includes 1Gb of secure storage, hosted at the company’s secure data center in California, USA. Paid plans start at US$15 per month and include up to 1,000Gb of storage, depending on the plan, and offer up to five months free when clients sign-up for a one year subscription.
