As we look forward to a new business year, many entertainers and health conscious people are hoping that this upcoming year will be the one that catapults them into success. But according to Jeanna Brown, entertainers and health conscious people often overlook a key element when making their plans and resolutions.
“Most entertainers and health conscious people’s resolutions fail, not due to the fact they aren’t sincere in their resolution, but because they don’t have a plan,” says Brown, CEO of Coach Jeanna. Founded in 2008, Coach Jeanna Business helps your target market to develop a strategy that’s effective to turn their resolutions into Revolutions.”
Brown suggests including your resolutions as part of a year-long, strategic plan. “As you’re looking toward what you’re going to accomplish in the future, make sure you incorporate your new efforts as part of your complete plan,” she says. “That way you’ll be sure to schedule it in, just like any other to-do on your list.”
Brown offers some strategies to help revolutionize entertainers and health conscience what your company specializes in:
Don’t procrastinate. “Start now; don’t wait,” says Brown. “Procrastinating until things are just right is the surest way to failure. If you have a goal to accomplish, just do it.”
Acknowledge that you will slip and forgive yourself. “Even the strongest of us will occasionally fail. The important thing is not let this signal the end of your efforts. Dust yourself off and get right back in the saddle as soon as you can,” s/he says.
Get support. “Finding help is one of the best ways to make sure your goal is met,” says Brown.
