Insurance Marketing HQ (IMHQ) will hold the first insurance industry Twitter Chat this month. The Twitter chat will take place on September 15, at 2pm EST and will thereafter continue each month. This chat is directed anyone that uses micro blogging services and will discuss the ways in which social media platforms can be used by agencies and by the insurance industry. The Twitter chat organized by IMHQ can be accessed both by people with Twitter accounts and non-Twitter users. The company’s social media team will moderate it and many question related to micro blogging, social media and the insurance industry will be answered.
This chat will bring together experts, professionals and social media leaders in an effort to brainstorm on various topics and come up with conclusions with regard to how social media platforms can help insurance agencies and the insurance industry in general. The IMHQ social media team believes that by using social media the insurance industry can grow, while getting more people involved in their network, share new ideas with other insurance agencies together with their previous experience.
From September on, monthly Twitter chats will be organized for more interesting brainstorming sessions that also seek to improve the perception over the industry and make insurance professionals feel even more comfortable to use social media platforms.
