Clayton, MO, USA – Michelle Maue, owner of the Clayton Yoga studio, has announced that she will be conducting the third LaLuna Yoga Teacher Training Course from June 1-15, 2012 in Grenada. This fabulous 200-hour training and certification program will be held at the elegant and sophisticated LaLuna Hotel and Spa in Granada. Participation in this small, inclusive certification program includes online yoga tips, instruction and support from Michelle Maue from the first day of registration. An added special bonus for signing onto this yoga training is also a highly motivating 45-minute coaching call with certified yoga instructor and Yoga Business Mentor, Judit Mueller-Kiss.

Yoga provides the means to lower blood pressure, alleviate insomnia, boost energy levels and shed unwanted pounds. “A training course with Clayton Yoga’s Teacher Training Program will give you the courage and expertise in different modalities, including breath, anatomy, adjustments, sequences, Sanskrit and meditation,” said Maue. Her students have said the principals of this course are based on the abundance of spirit, not on trying to perfect a pose. Clayton Yoga instructors learn how to provide yoga tools that empower students to make better lifestyle choices.

Students who complete the course will receive an international certificate from Yoga Alliance and a listing on their website as a registered instructor. The cost is $3,800 and reservations for the course must be made prior to May 5. Attendees will receive six take home CD lectures and two yoga music CDs. Those in attendance enjoy shared accommodations, along with access to the Boutique Spa and all water-related activities.

“Clayton Yoga empowers the student by getting them out of the head and into the heart where we shift from ego to spirit,” said Maue. “What better place to have a yoga training course than this beautiful charming, magical hotel set in its very own secluded bay on the island of Grenada? Yoga helps us to become a better witness, heal ourself rather than fix the world and simply fill ourself up to be a better example and demonstrate to others what is possible – space, trust and equanimity. It is then that we become a lighthouse for many and utilize our “inner mojo” to shift from ego to spirit and full potential and creative possibility.”

Yoga has been used for centuries to improve flexibility, focus the mind and enrich the spirit. Maue offers Vinyasa Yoga that combines yoga breathing with sacred movement. This style of yoga is great to teach anywhere. Many well-known companies around the world are discovering the benefits of yoga and conducting in-company sessions. Maue offers corporate yoga classes throughout the metro St. Louis area to help staff stay fit, healthy and more productive.

Michelle Maue heads up the Clayton Studio classes, available for all ages and skill levels. Classes are available six days a week and at varying times throughout the day and evening to accommodate a myriad of busy schedules. Students progress at their own pace.

The Yoga Teacher Training also offers Thai yoga massage. These gentle assisted yoga stretches is a great way to benefit from the relaxation portion of the course. Each student will experience the use of Thai Yoga Massage to relieve stress and pain, increase flexibility and add a heightened awareness of the body and mind.

Maue’s exclusive teacher training session provides individuals with the opportunity to learn from a respected professional and authority in the field. The tropical environment is uniquely suited for studying the art, providing a stress-free atmosphere conducive to learning. Extensive training, a tropical paradise, and a coaching call with Yoga Business Mentor, Judit Mueller-Kiss provide a once-in-a-lifetime learning opportunity for those who aspire to yoga excellence.
